Today, it's not a beauty article that awaits you but a complete immersion with Camille , a customer who walked through the doors of the concept store in April!

Looking for personalized advice and a routine that suits her, she gives us her impressions and discoveries without filter ! (oh the pun 🤪)

“Camille, what made you want to come through the doors of our concept store?”

" There are several reasons that brought me here. First of all, I turned 38 this year and I have to admit that my skincare routine is pretty rough; I'm not really an expert on the subject .

Until now my routine was pretty basic😅

Makeup remover/serum and moisturizer. A scrub and a mask from time to time, nothing more!

I am lucky not to have visible wrinkles yet but I suffer from small imperfections and redness . At the time of my visit these redness and imperfections were a little more intense following a treatment done in an institute recently!
A fake hydrafacial that made my skin a little more sensitive.

Coming to the concept store, I was hoping to find solutions to soothe my skin .

In addition, the concept was recommended to me by a friend. Being naturally curious, the idea of ​​carrying out a skin diagnosis combining human expertise and artificial intelligence immediately caught my attention."

Can you tell us about your experience with the “Skin Diagnosis”?

I found the experience super cool ! Honestly I learned a lot about my skin! The exchange we have here for an hour is super informative and allows you to really understand the needs of the skin.

Leaving here, I feel a little less stupid and I understand that a lot of things are just marketing ! I would no longer buy a cleanser for blemish-prone skin even if I have a few blemishes for example 😂

The diagnosis provides a precise overview of our skin at time T, thanks to the use of 4 filters and different shots of our face.

Which filter made the biggest impression on you?

"So Without hesitation, the UV filter and the specular filter stand out clearly. The UV filter is particularly impressive, because it can detect 3 problems! Seeing existing or future spots with this precision, I did not expect it.

On its part, the specular filter excels in detecting hidden wrinkles and lines , offering a global overview of signs of aging invisible to the naked eye.

At the end of the diagnosis, were you surprised by what you discovered?

"Yes, but in a good way! For my age, I'm rather proud of the results obtained (laughs)! Many of the elements measured turned out to be less worrying than I had imagined! Already concerning hidden wrinkles, I'm happy that there are so few!

Another example, I knew that my hydration level was not optimal, but having quantified it and knowing how to act on this problem reassured me!

Finally, regarding UV , although my CC cream contains SPF50 protection , I did not add sunscreen to my routine . Fortunately, the damage is limited but it allowed me to understand why you insist so much on sun protection!

Once you see your skin from this angle , you understand why, but you still have to find the one that suits you!

What I liked about the diagnosis is the fact of being able to quantify the different aspects of the skin. Once you know your skin's weaknesses, you can effectively address them because we target the specific need ."

After the diagnosis, how did you experience creating your new skincare routine?

"It was super exciting! When you explain the different options , ask about our lifestyle so that our routine fits us , and talk about everything that a product contains, I honestly couldn't wait for the evening to try my new routine!

The combination of diagnosis, your expertise and your knowledge of the products is impressive! When you created my routine , I really liked the fact that you made sure that each active ingredient was a need for my skin and that you looked for the best associations in your selection to create the perfect match!

What I remember is that each skin is unique and requires an adapted skincare routine and it is not necessary to use fifteen products to obtain results.

I was surprised by the wide selection of products you offer at very reasonable prices. The routine you recommended is easy to integrate into my daily life and, the cherry on the cake, you quickly see the effects 🥰 "

“Yes, I had heard about it on social media.
Without my visit to the concept store and your expertise, I would never have dared to use this type of product on my face, for fear of making a mistake or coming across counterfeits.

Your in-depth knowledge of Korean cosmetics and your selection make the difference!
Each cosmetic seems carefully selected. In addition, clean compositions are an asset for me because I am very sensitive to them .

"Absolutely! I've already talked about it 😂I really appreciated the spirit of the place and the kindness that we find at your place.

The follow-up after the appointment at the concept store and the customer service are great and I weigh my words!!
We can write to you at any time, you answer and quickly. You ask for news to know how the routine is going or just to ask for news, frankly it's really nice and it's rare 🙏

The fact that you involve us in the choice of products without ever pushing us to consume is also a real plus.
It's a very nice meeting ! I want to clarify that it is not necessary to have a visible skin problem to come to the concept store (laughs)."
